Renata Araújo Santoro received her LL.B. at Milton Campos Law School – Nova Lima (2013) and is certified by Harvard University in Negotiation and conflict resolutions (2017).

Renata was part of the Judging committee at the II Brazilian Business Mediation Competition (2018) and the 12th International Commercial Mediation Competition at the International Center for ADR (ICC) in Paris, France (2017). Renata led the organizing team of the CPR International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution Mediation Competition in São Paulo. Renata joined Faleck & Associados on August, 2019, and has been allocated in compensation programs with the use of facilitation and mediation, stemming from major national tragedies and complex situations.
