Nathália Fiúza Gouthier received her LL.B. degree from the the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (2010), her postgraduate certification in Constitutional Law at the University of Lisbon (2017) and her LL.M. degree in Constitutional Law at the University of Lisbon.

Nathália holds the IMI Certification – Qualifying Accessing Program Level 1, is a certified judicial mediator by the National Council of Justice and is a member of the Constitutional Studies Committee of the Minas Gerais Bar Association. Nathália joined Faleck & Associados on April, 2016, and has been working as a negotiator, mediator and facilitator. She has been allocated in compensation programs with the use of facilitation and mediation, stemming from major national tragedies and complex situations.
