Luiz Carlos Gonçalves Júnior received his LL.B. degree from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais – UFMG Law School (2017) and has a LL.M. degree in Mediation, Resolution and Conflict Management at ESA/OAB – Escola Superior de Advocacia.
He has worked as a Tax Lawyer and, also, as a negotiator lawyer, dealing with the Right to Organize and Collective Bargaining. Luiz joined Faleck & Associados on December 2019 and has been allocated in compensation programs with the use of facilitation and mediation, stemming from major national and complex situations.
