Fabio Yuichi Hori has a bachelor’s degree in law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (2010) and has a degree in Human Resource Management from SENAC (2020). Completed the Alternative Dispute Resolution Systems course from Universidade Nacional de Lomas de Zamora, Argentina (2016), and acquired the certification in mediation from IMAB – Instituto de Mediação e Arbitragem do Brasil (2013).
He also ten years of experience in Corporate Law. Fabio joined Faleck & Associados in October 2016, and has been allocated in compensation programs with the use of mediation, stemming from major national tragedies and complex situations.
