Carolina Santoro received her LL.B. degree from the Milton Campos Law School – Nova Lima/MG (2016) and is certified in mediation by the Institute of Certification and Graduation of Lusophone Mediators.

As an undergraduate student, Carolina won the prize for best mediator of the I Brazilian Competition of Business Mediation. Carolina worked as case manager for the Brazilian Chamber of Corporate Mediation and Arbitration – CAMARB. Carolina joined Faleck & Associados on May, 2019, and has been allocated in compensation programs with the use of facilitation and mediation, stemming from major national tragedies and complex situations.
