Ana Lia Terra Cosentino Angeli received her LL.B from the University of São Paulo (2013) and is a postgraduate student in People Management at the same University. Throughout her graduation, she was appointed director of the Legal Department “XI de Agosto” for two times – the country’s first private institution of free legal assistance.

She is a mediator and conciliator certified by Institute of Mediation and Arbitration of Brazil (IMAB). Ana Lia joined Faleck & Associados on January 2020 and has been allocated in compensation programs with the use of facilitation and mediation, stemming from major national tragedies and complex situations, as well as a negotiator in settlement initiatives.
