Helder Corrêa Marcellino holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the Federal University of Espírito Santo (UFES, 2013) and a master’s degree in law from the same institution (2017).

He has national publications on dispute resolution, International Civil Procedure and Human Rights and was a researcher for the UFES Scientific Initiation Program with a theme related to dispute resolution (2012-2013). He served as advisor for legal matters and headed the cabinet at the Espírito Santo State Court of Justice (2013 to 2017) and lawyer in the area of civil litigation (2017). Helder joined Faleck & Associados in April 2017 and has been involved in dispute negotiations, mediation and indemnity programs with the use of mediation and facilitation for cases of great national repercussion.
