Elisa Lucena received her LL.B from the University of São Paulo (2013), having received a recognition award for academic performance.

She holds a master degree in Law & Development from the Faculty of Law of Ribeirão Preto – University of São Paulo (2016) and is certified in collaborative practices by the Brazilian Institute of Collaborative Practices (2017). Elisa joined Faleck & Associados in July 2017 and has been involved in compensation programs with the use of mediation and facilitation stemming from major national tragedies and complex situations.
