Ronan Ramos Jr. holds an LL.B. degree from the Milton Campos Law School (2005) and he is also certified in mediation of conflicts by the Program on Negotiation from Harvard Law School (2007). He holds an LL.M. degree (ABD) in negotiation and mediation of conflicts from Institut Universitaire Kurt Bösh (2009).
Ronan acted as a mediator in difficult negotiations situations and consensus building initiatives. Ronan worked as a tutor in the course of Consensual Resolution of Collective Conflicts involving Public Policies at the National School of Mediation and Conciliation – Ministry of Justice and UnB (2014).
Ronan is an advising member of the Special Committee on Mediation of the Federal Council of the National Bar Association and he was chairman of the Mediation Commission of the Minas Gerais Bar Association (2016 – 2018).
Ronan joined Faleck & Associados on October, 2016, and has been working as a negotiator, mediator and facilitator. He has been working in compensation programs with the use of facilitation and mediation, stemming from major national tragedies and complex situations. He has conducted hundreds of mediations/facilitations and collaborated with project and people management and training of mediation teams.
