Camila David received her LL.B. from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (2015). She is a negotiator and mediator in business disputes. As an undergraduate student, Camila was a member of the PUC-Rio Human Rights Clinic and coached the winning team of the 2013 American University Inter-American Human Rights Moot Court Competition.
She has also worked in Brazillian law firms specialized in Intellectual Property Rights and is a Board member of the Young Mediator’s Committee of the Brazilian Centre of Mediation and Arbitration. She was Mediator of the Renova Foundation’s Mediated Indemnity Program (PIM). Camila joined Faleck & Associados on January 2020 and has been allocated in compensation programs with the use of facilitation and mediation, stemming from major national tragedies and complex situations.
