Luan de Souza Fernandes holds an LL.B. degree from the Federal University of Espírito Santo – UFES (2013) and a postgraduate degree in Labor Law from Universidade Cândido Mendes – UCAM and Instituto Prominas (2019).

Luan joined Faleck & Associados in October 2016 and has been allocated in compensation programs with the use of facilitation and mediation, stemming from major national tragedies and complex situations.
