Gabriel Ribeiro received his LL.B. degree from the São Paulo Law School of Fundação Getúlio Vargas (2011). Gabriel has worked at American law firms based in Brazil focused on capital market (Sherman & Sterling and Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP), in one of the largest private Brazilian banks (Itaú Unibanco Holding) and as in-house lawyer for private companies (GranBio, GranInvestimentos and Fundo de Investimento Virtuose), having also worked in the Business Development area in a Silicon Valley company (Gracenote Inc.).
Gabriel is certified by the Brazilian National Council of Justice (CNJ) to serve as mediator before Brazilian Courts. He is also certified by the International Mediation Institute (IMI) – Qualifying Accessing Program Level 1.
Gabriel joined Faleck & Associados on October, 2016, and has been working as a negotiator, mediator and facilitator in business disputes. He has been acting as head of project for compensation programs with the use of facilitation and mediation, stemming from major national tragedies and complex situations. He has conducted hundreds of mediations/facilitations and coordinated mediation/facilitation teams.
