Fernanda Eberhardt received her LL.B. degree from the Federal University of Goiás (2015). She holds a postgraduate certificate in Procedural Law and is a postgraduate candidate in Contractual Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo.

Fernanda is a certified judicial mediator by the National Council of Justice and has 2 years of experience in mediation and arbitration procedural management at the Center for Arbitration and Mediation of the Chamber of Commerce Brazil-Canada. Fernanda joined Faleck & Associados on August, 2019, and has been working as a negotiator, mediator and facilitator. She has been allocated in compensation programs with the use of facilitation and mediation, stemming from major national tragedies and complex situations.
