Eloá Marinho de Oliveira received her LL.B. in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná (2010), an M.A. in Labor Law and Procedure at the same university (2011), in Real Estate Law from Positivo University (2013) and training in Real Estate Transactions (TTI) from the Brazilian Institute of Professional Education (IBREP/PR) (2013).
She is a lawyer and qualified as a mediator by the National Council of Justice. Eloá joined Faleck & Associados in December 2019 and has been allocated in compensation programs with the use of facilitation and mediation, stemming from major national tragedies and complex situations.
