Dayane Saraiva received a B.A. in International Relations from the ESPM/SP (2016), and is a postgraduate candidate in Leadership and Public Management at the Public Leadership Center.

She is certified in Leadership and Public Management by Harvard Kennedy School (2017). Dayane worked as a strategic adviser for 2 years for the municipality and the state of São Paulo. Dayane joined Faleck & Associados on August, 2019, and has been working as a negotiator, mediator and facilitator. She has been allocated in compensation programs with the use of facilitation and mediation, stemming from major national tragedies and complex situations.
